About OpenSeason

OpenSeason PBC is a Delaware public benefit corporation founded in 2026 and based in Denver, Colorado. We build software for youth sports clubs and coaches.

OpenSeason gives clubs free do-it-yourself tools for rosters, schedules, messaging, payments, tryouts, practice planning and business planning, with no subscription and no ads. Clubs that want more help can add an optional AI staff (assistant coaches, a director of basketball operations, and an administrator) that prepares practices, rotations, reminders, travel plans and pay-run reviews for the coach to approve. Nothing is sent, scheduled or paid without the coach's approval.
